I had a very positive experience with Wooster Roofing. Charlie was responsive from the start, patient while I was traveling, and quick to get things scheduled once I was ready. His crew did a substantial amount of repair work, including replacing damaged shingles and cap shingles and sealing a leak around the chimney. They ended up spending about 1½ hours with two guys, and Charlie only charged $650, which I thought was very fair. A few things were missed on the first visit, but what really impressed me was the follow-up. I sent Charlie photos of my concerns, and he had someone back first thing Monday morning to take care of them. I was able to go over everything before he left, and the issues were addressed well. Good communication, fair pricing, and excellent follow-through. I’d definitely recommend Wooster Roofing.

Wooster Roofing is great! They answered the phone on the first call. They were able to get a team to come to my hose within 24 hours. We had a problem where a section of roofing (the shingles were installed by a completely different company 15 years ago) where the shingles had slipped, exposing the roof beneath, resulting in a water leak in the attic during the last rain storm. The original roofer was no where to be found. Wooster came out, took a look and was able to repair the slipping shingles the same day! They identified the problem, matched the existing shingles and secured the new shingles. The guys were pleasant, and cleaned up after themselves and offered explanations about what could have cause the problem and explained with photos what they had done. The price for the repair seemed fair. Can't say enough good things about this company!

Charlie was great he was the lowest price, his crew came out the day before to remove one shingle to take back to the shop so he could match my existing shingles. He removed my fake metal furnace stack and plywood the hole and used icy shield all the way down to the gutter. Done in 2 hours and left zero mess left behind. They been in business for 42 years doing roofs. So glad I hired them and I didn't know them prior to hiring them.
