I had a very positive experience with Wooster Roofing. Charlie was responsive from the start, patient while I was traveling, and quick to get things scheduled once I was ready. His crew did a substantial amount of repair work, including replacing damaged shingles and cap shingles and sealing a leak around the chimney. They ended up spending about 1½ hours with two guys, and Charlie only charged $650, which I thought was very fair. A few things were missed on the first visit, but what really impressed me was the follow-up. I sent Charlie photos of my concerns, and he had someone back first thing Monday morning to take care of them. I was able to go over everything before he left, and the issues were addressed well. Good communication, fair pricing, and excellent follow-through. I’d definitely recommend Wooster Roofing.Posted on Google
Allen Wiggin12 days agoWooster Roofing is great! They answered the phone on the first call. They were able to get a team to come to my hose within 24 hours. We had a problem where a section of roofing (the shingles were installed by a completely different company 15 years ago) where the shingles had slipped, exposing the roof beneath, resulting in a water leak in the attic during the last rain storm. The original roofer was no where to be found. Wooster came out, took a look and was able to repair the slipping shingles the same day! They identified the problem, matched the existing shingles and secured the new shingles. The guys were pleasant, and cleaned up after themselves and offered explanations about what could have cause the problem and explained with photos what they had done. The price for the repair seemed fair. Can't say enough good things about this company!Posted on Google

Paul Smith99 days agoCharlie was great he was the lowest price, his crew came out the day before to remove one shingle to take back to the shop so he could match my existing shingles. He removed my fake metal furnace stack and plywood the hole and used icy shield all the way down to the gutter. Done in 2 hours and left zero mess left behind. They been in business for 42 years doing roofs. So glad I hired them and I didn't know them prior to hiring them.Posted on Google

The owner was very communicative and his crew did a great job. Finished the job in a day and cleaned up very well afterward. All in all an A+ experience.Posted on Google
Maureen Marinelli144 days agoWe have used Wooster twice in the past 25 years to replace our large rubber roof over the 5 car garage. It was an unusual shape with various pitches. They did a great job. The 1st roof last many years, exceeding the warranty, and when it was time to do it again, we called them and had them do it again.Posted on Google

They did an excellent job removing the snow from our roof and even cleaned up the snow that had fallen onto our driveway. Overall, it was a very positive experience. When it comes time to redo our garage roof, I know who we will be calling! Updated Review 2/2026; I am a repeat customer of this Wooster roofing and would highly recommend them to all of my friends and family. One of the owners, Charlie, is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to walk you through exactly what needs to be done to repair the issue. He also explains the possible causes, which I truly appreciate because it helps you understand the full picture rather than just the fix. The turnaround time and responsiveness have always been excellent. They responded in less than 24 hours to remove a large ice dam at the front of my home and clear the snow from my roof, which was a huge relief. Their team was prompt, courteous, and extremely professional from start to finish. The work was done safely, efficiently, and at a very reasonable price. It’s rare to find a contractor who is this responsive and reliable, especially during the busy winter season. joyce roller214 days agoI couldn't be more pleased with the service from Wooster Roofing! I spoke with Charlie and explained what was wrong with my parents roof. He gave me a time for that same morning. A short time later, he called back saying the crew could be out much earlier than expected. The crew showed up and spoke with my Dad, then went right to work clearing all the snow and ice off the problem areas. We couldn'tbelievehiw fast they got the job done! They were gone as fast as they arrived and the roof sections look great! Carol Moynihan214 days agoI contacted Wooster Roofing on a Friday after ice dams developed and caused water to leak into a unit in a condominium complex. They came out at 7:00 the next morning and took care of the ice dam. A few hours later, we had another unit that was leaking and Charlie’s crew came back again even though they were pretty much done for the day.
